TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Full payment is required before the order will be placed into production.
• Please note no orders will be dispatched should there be an outstanding balance.
• Payments via Electronic Transfer – please e-mail proof of payment using your name and invoice number as the reference on your payment. EFT payments will be verified the next day as reflected in our bank account.
• Delivery is charged at a nominal fee.
• Multiple Deliveries have been requested then you will be invoiced for each delivery.
• We may give a credit or exchange if returned within 10 business days only on manufacturing defects only.

PAYMENTS

• Electronic funds transfer (EFT) is the electronic exchange, transfer of money from one account to another, through computer – based systems. (Computer via Internet Banking)

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the goods delivered or collected shall only pass on to the purchaser once the purchase price has been paid in full.

DELIVERY

Where delivery is required, the company will make its best effort to meet the purchaser’s lead time requirements, but the company does not give any guarantees in this regard.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We do follow the guidelines of the new consumer protection act which allows for 7 days return policy. However, returns will be accepted on condition that the goods have not been used and or washed and the return is executed within 7 days of delivery of the goods.

It is ultimately the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that the goods purchased are suitable for the purposes of intended use. All returns must be arranged with Dreyer Linen.

However, in order for us to take back stock under these circumstances, you would have had to:

• contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods on orders@dreyerlinen.co.za
• not used the product
• not washed the product
• not damaged or dirtied the product
• pay for the cost of cartage back to our warehouse
• defected or faulty products may be returned within 10 days and a full refund or if chosen by the customer, a swop, will be given once we have received and confirmed the fault by management.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that images viewed on our website are an exact colour match and are a representation of design only. Please view these images as a guideline only. The actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
